• Total 10+ Years of Experience

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks, OneLake)

• Architect robust Medallion Architectures (Bronze / Silver / Gold) on OneLake with Delta format

• Build advanced ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Fabric-native components (Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Notebooks

• Design and implement high-performance dimensional models (Star/Snowflake Schema) and Data Marts for enterprise BI and reporting

• CI/CD for Fabric — Git integration, deployment pipelines

• Advanced SQL for warehouse DMVs, query performance analysis, and data transformation

• Experience with Service Principal, Managed Identity, Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and Fabric API permissions

• Define and enforce data governance policies, lineage, and quality frameworks

• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
