Description

Manage endpoint security and device compliance using Microsoft Intune. Own the release and support lifecycle for modern device management.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint security policies and device compliance settings.
• Troubleshoot modern device management (MDM) issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Handle customer tickets and incidents using IcM or similar management tools.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016, 2019).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations and endpoint management.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management technologies.
• Advanced Windows Administration skills (Server 2016, 2019).
• Proficiency with Azure technologies including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Azure portal resources and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI OPS and incident management.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Kusto, Log Analytics, and Power BI.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Batch, or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Log Analytics and data analytics workflows.
