Description

You will manage endpoint devices and cloud-based productivity suites within an infrastructure services environment. You will own the daily operations of Microsoft Intune and Office 365, ensuring stable device enrollment, configuration, and user account administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and configuration.
• Administer Office 365 services and user accounts.
• Maintain desktop management protocols within Infrastructure Services.
• Resolve technical issues related to endpoint management and cloud productivity tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or systems administration.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Administration.
• Experience with Desktop Management within Infrastructure Services (IS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
