Description

You will architect, deploy, and optimize complex Office 365 environments, acting as the subject matter expert for strategic design and migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-availability O365 architectures, including multi-geo and hybrid configurations.
• Lead migration strategies using MS Native tools, Azure Migrate, ShareGate, and BitTitan.
• Configure and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive services.
• Implement security policies including conditional access, identity protection, ATP, Defender, and DLP.
• Monitor performance and conduct gap assessments using Power BI and system audits.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in Office 365 environments.
• Expertise in ODFB, Teams, Exchange Online (EXO), and SharePoint Online (SPOL).
• Proficiency in PowerShell automation for administration and deployment.
• Experience managing large, multi-tenant, and hybrid environments.
• Deep knowledge of deployment, migration, and performance optimization.
• Ability to ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
• Knowledge of ITIL and compliance standards for deployment roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting needs analysis and system audits.
• Skilled in using Power BI for performance monitoring.
