Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-scale Office 365 solutions and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design complex O365 solutions, including hybrid configurations and Identity and Access Management.
• Lead transformation work-streams and prototype new tools to ensure conformance to design standards.
• Own the resolution of technical challenges and act as the escalation point for implementation teams.
• Mentor junior architects and translate roadmaps into customer benefits.
• Shape technical proposals and support pre-sales teams by managing solution and cost trade-offs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in O365 architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in the O365 stack, specifically Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Strong understanding of Multi-Cloud Services including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance frameworks.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver technical presentations.
• Proficiency in technical writing and commercial/bid awareness.
• Proven track record of designing large-scale O365 transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering environments.
