Description

Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions to optimize business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain RPA bots and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
• Support the Citizen Development Program by guiding business users in using Power Platform tools.
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users to support self-service solution development.
• Ensure tool compliance and governance across the organization while collaborating with departments to align automation with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10 years of in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate RPA.
• 10 years of experience with Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• 5-10 years of experience in business process automation.
• Proven experience managing a citizen development program or similar initiatives.
• Strong background in business process management and workflow automation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for training and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize business requests effectively.
• BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business.
