Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain RPA bots and automated workflows to solve business process needs.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Support the Citizen Development Program by encouraging the use of Power Platform tools among business users.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to users developing their own solutions.
• Ensure compliance and governance for all tool usage across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in business process automation.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with Power BI, Forms, and SharePoint.
• Proven experience managing a citizen development program or similar initiative.
• Strong understanding of business process management and workflow automation.
• Experience in user-centric solution development and training business users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize business requests.
• BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
