Design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and enhance user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build a self-service framework within MS PowerApps Portal for case management, including creation, review, and attachment handling.
• Implement SQL database connectors within Dataverse to query local SQL databases and automate user authentication cross-checks.
• Configure Power Virtual Agent chatbots to deliver generic and user-specific information based on authentication status.
• Develop applications for managing training programs, integrating course evaluation capture and attendance tracking.
• Execute Dataverse contacts and accounts cleanup operations using authenticated user lists as the source of truth.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL database structure.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proven task prioritization and time management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
