Description

• Build a new statewide billing system for food, lodging, pool, and tattoo permits.
• Develop the solution using Power Apps, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate.
• Move/sync SQL data from an AWS-hosted database to Dataverse.
• Create invoices automatically and email them to customers.
• Track payments, outstanding invoices, and invoice status.
• Integrate with PayIt for online payments.
• Import PayIt payment information into Dynamics and automatically close paid invoices.
• Build functionality to record and reconcile check payments with NCFS.
• Use Dynamics Case Management to track calls, emails, invoices, and customer interactions.
• Create reports and dashboards for billing and program performance.
• Build a strong ALM/DevOps process using Development, UAT, and Production environments.
