Description

You will build and maintain solutions on the MS Power Platform, focusing on self-service portals, data integration, and automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build a framework within MS PowerApps Portal to enable self-service case management, including opening, reviewing, and appending notes/attachments.
• Implement a SQL database connector within Dataverse to query local SQL databases, automate user cross-checks, and share limited user information.
• Configure Power Virtual Agents chatbots to deliver generic and user-specific information based on authentication status.
• Develop apps for training input and management, integrating with systems for course evaluations and attendance tracking.
• Enact Dataverse contacts and accounts cleanup operations using the authenticated user list as the source of truth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of SQL database structure and ability to build SQL connectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certification - Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
