You will design, implement, and support the automation of procurement and accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Configure or develop tools to automate purchasing requests, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking.
- Ensure data standardization and validation protocols are in place across workflows.
- Provide training and documentation to staff, supporting adoption through workshops and feedback sessions.
- Monitor performance metrics and refine automation rules based on user feedback.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development or automation.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, including building canvas and model-driven apps.
- Expertise in Power Automate for designing automated workflows and data integration.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL for data storage and retrieval.
- Proven experience in Workflow Optimization, specifically designing approval routing and exception handling.
- Ability to collaborate with staff to gather requirements and deliver training.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with procurement and accounting workflows, especially in public sector environments.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
