Description

You will design, implement, and support the automation of procurement and accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Configure or develop tools to automate purchasing requests, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking.
  • Ensure data standardization and validation protocols are in place across workflows.
  • Provide training and documentation to staff, supporting adoption through workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine automation rules based on user feedback.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software development or automation.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, including building canvas and model-driven apps.
  • Expertise in Power Automate for designing automated workflows and data integration.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL for data storage and retrieval.
  • Proven experience in Workflow Optimization, specifically designing approval routing and exception handling.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff to gather requirements and deliver training.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with procurement and accounting workflows, especially in public sector environments.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
