Description

You will build and maintain automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop tools to automate purchasing requests, invoice processing, approval routing, and audit tracking.
• Design and implement workflows for approvals, notifications, and data integration using Power Automate.
• Track performance metrics and incorporate user feedback to refine workflows and automation rules.
• Provide staff training and documentation, supporting adoption through workshops and feedback sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in building canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps.
• Proficiency in designing automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of data storage and retrieval using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL.
• Experience designing and implementing approval routing and exception handling processes.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Experience in Procurement or Finance domains, particularly in public sector environments.
• Experience assisting with user adoption and transition planning.
