Design and develop scalable applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas, Pages and Model-Driven Apps).
Build and configure secure, user-friendly portals using Power Pages or Canvas for external and internal users.
Develop and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse to support structured public health data collection.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support reporting and integrations.
Implement role-based access control and data security best practices for both internal and external users.
Perform testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, data models, and processes.
Implement SQL database connector within Dataverse to enable PowerApps to query a local SQL database, automate cross-checks between a currently authenticated Portal user and the SQL DB to ensure that there is a user match, and share limited information associated with that user.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation.
Proficiency in PowerApps, MS Pages and Dataverse.
Knowledge of SQL database structure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
