Description

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, serving as the primary technical authority for applications in scope.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce architecture standards, security governance, and DLP policies across Power Platform environments.
• Architect, develop, and deploy complex applications using Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Code Apps, including plugins, PCFs, and custom connectors.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services (Function Apps, Logic Apps, Container Apps) and external APIs using C# and React.
• Lead technical discussions with third-party vendors and internal teams to assess compatibility, mitigate risks, and finalize implementation approaches.
• Mentor engineering teams, define hiring requirements, and create comprehensive handover plans to reduce person dependency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform Code Apps, including plugin development, PCFs, and custom connectors.
• Proficiency in .NET development, C#, and building APIs.
• Experience with React framework for custom UI components.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Container Apps.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL Server, and general database concepts.
• Experience building AI agents and working with Copilot Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Proven track record in leading technical forums and establishing engineering best practices.
