Description

You will maintain, enhance, and support enterprise-grade MS Power Platform automation solutions while managing incident and change requests.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for MS Power Platform applications and automations within defined SLAs.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management tickets, including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Analyze business processes and implement automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Deliver change requests, support UAT, and manage production deployments and hyper care activities.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, manage code repositories, and perform code merges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3–4 years in MS Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and deployment processes.
• Solid background in application support, incident management, and change management.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or scripting languages.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with .NET C#.
