Description

Lead the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications as the primary technical point of contact. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and own the full lifecycle of CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Dynamics CRM technology solutions.
• Plan and execute data migration processes into new systems.
• Provide technical estimates for solution implementations using established methods.
• Mentor project resources and manage complex integrations with CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM and XRM implementations.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Proficiency in Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, and Web APIs.
• Deep knowledge of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Project Operations).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and data migration process tools.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using ADO/VSTS for user stories and bug tracking.
• Strong ability to present technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MBA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• MCSE or MCSA certification.
