Description

Lead the design, build, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications as the primary technical point of contact.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Dynamics CRM technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and own the full lifecycle of CRM solutions.
• Plan and execute data migration processes into new systems.
• Mentor project resources and manage complex integrations with CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM and XRM implementations.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end CRM implementations.
• Proficiency in Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, CRM Portals, and Web APIs.
• Deep knowledge of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Project Operations).
• Hands-on experience with Azure and data migration process tools.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies using ADO/VSTS for user stories and bug tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• MCSE or MCSA certification.
