Description

You will manage the performance, integrity, and security of MS SQL and Sybase databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain database performance through expert SQL tuning and troubleshooting.
• Execute database maintenance tasks including backup and restore operations.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and recovery control for all environments.
• Manage user access and concurrent data usage to meet business needs.
• Support L2 and L3 level database operations and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL and Sybase.
• Advanced SQL performance tuning capabilities.
• Expertise in database maintenance, backup, and restore procedures.
• Experience with automation tools including PowerShell, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, or APIs.
• Solid understanding of data security and recovery processes.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Agile methodologies.
• Spoken and written French language skills.
