Description

Manage MS SQL Server 2022 environments, including installation, configuration, and high-availability setups.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade MS SQL Server 2022 environments.
• Perform database migrations, refreshes, restores, and patching activities.
• Manage high-availability configurations using Failover Clustering and Always On.
• Monitor database performance, availability, and security in production.
• Support SQL Server databases hosted on AWS and maintain OEM repository databases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server database administration.
• Expertise in SQL Server 2022 installation, upgrades, and management.
• Experience with database migration, refresh, restore, and patching.
• Knowledge of high-availability solutions (Failover, Always On).
• Experience supporting SQL Server in AWS environments.
• Understanding of database security, backup, and recovery processes.
• Experience in production support and enterprise managed-services.
• Knowledge of OEM repository databases and monitoring activities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Commvault for backup and recovery.
