Description

Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments while automating administrative tasks. You will administer instances from version 2014 to 2017, write and optimize T-SQL queries, and develop PowerShell automation scripts. You will also manage source code via Git and support virtualized infrastructure within VMWare.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server instances (versions 2014–2017).
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries and scripts for database operations.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Manage source code using Git.
• Support virtualized infrastructure within VMWare environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration or engineering.
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server Administration.
• Advanced T-SQL development skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare.
• Experience with Git for source code management.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager or System Center Operations Manager.
• Knowledge of vRealize Suite, including vRA, vRO, vROps, or vRLI.
