You will lead a team of SQL developers and DBAs to design, maintain, and optimize high-availability database systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of SQL developers and DBAs.
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL databases based on business requirements.
• Monitor and tune database performance to ensure reliability and high availability.
• Enforce data integrity and security protocols across all database environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical database issues and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with MS SQL Database.
• Expertise in Database Design and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical database solutions.
• Background in developing and enforcing database development best practices.
