You will lead the technical requirements and architecture for a web-based data entry portal.

Responsibilities

• Draft requirements documents by analyzing current data organization and storage methods.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for selecting the best-fit business platform.
• Establish design standards and expectations for technical and user documentation.
• Interface with clients to ensure proposed platforms meet compliance requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on application development and architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL development and architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency with MS SQL Server 2008 and above.
• Advanced development of MS SQL Server stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
• Strong SQL query development and database administration skills.
• Experience drafting requirements for web-based data entry portals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and ESRI GIS.
• Understanding of application development and architecture lifecycles.
