Description

You manage and support Microsoft Teams Room environments and AV infrastructure, ensuring seamless virtual collaboration and on-site executive support. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting room configurations via Intune and the Teams Pro Portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for conference room AV systems.
• Configure and maintain video conferencing equipment remotely.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintain accurate AV equipment inventory.
• Provide onsite IT AV support for large group meetings and events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AV or meeting room engineering.
• Proficiency with Cisco, Logitech, and Surface Hub hardware.
• Hands-on knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of Active Directory and network VLANs.
• Experience with Video Conferencing systems.
• Experience providing executive-level technical support.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications in MTR systems or Crestron systems.
