Administer Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments to ensure system stability and user access.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer MS365 services and manage user configurations.
• Manage Power Platform environments, resources, and application deployments.
• Monitor system health to ensure service continuity and platform stability.
• Troubleshoot access issues and support user inquiries.
• Document configurations and maintain environment integrity.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in MS365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant management.
• Ability to manage user identities, permissions, and access controls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Problem-solving skills focused on platform stability.
• Clear communication for effective user support.
