Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, customization, and development.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights applications, along with expertise in JavaScript, C# Plugins, Power Automate, Business Process Flows, SQL, and XRMToolBox.

The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile development environment with exposure to Azure DevOps and should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM environments.
• Work extensively with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights applications.
• Configure and manage Dynamics 365 components, users, teams, business units, security roles, and access permissions.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of OOTB Dynamics 365 security mechanisms.
• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions using JavaScript and C# Plugins.
• Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
• Configure and develop Business Process Flows (BPFs) based on business requirements.
• Perform data management and troubleshooting activities using SQL.
• Write SQL queries involving basic joins and perform bulk DML operations.
• Utilize XRMToolBox for administration, development, data management, troubleshooting, and solution maintenance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow iterative software development practices.
• Work with Azure DevOps for source control, work item management, deployment, and other DevOps activities.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices and maintainability standards.
• Provide clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• Immediate joiner availability.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 administration and configuration.
• Comprehensive understanding of OOTB Dynamics 365 security mechanisms.
• Strong hands-on development experience with:
  • JavaScript
  • C# Plugins
  • Power Automate
  • Business Process Flows
• Good working knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to write basic SQL joins and perform bulk DML operations.
• Familiarity with XRMToolBox.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and DevOps practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Basic administration experience with Azure Portal.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse, particularly data pipelines.
• Exposure to broader Azure integration and cloud technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Dynamics 365 CE technical professional with a balanced combination of administration, configuration, customization, and development expertise.
