Description

Lead the design of wire harness and electrical distribution systems for mule and prototype vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead wire harness and electrical distribution system design for prototype builds.
• Translate OEM wiring requirements into 2D wiring drawings.
• Interpret vehicle wiring drawings and schematics to guide design.
• Root cause electrical wiring issues and assess harness packaging.
• Interface with advanced wiring teams and participate in design reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wire harness design, routing, and packaging.
• Proficiency with CATIA, Capital NX, Solidworks, and Mentor Graphics CAP-H.
• Experience managing OEM change processes, including change requests and control.
• Ability to work with supplier CAD and engineering support teams.
• Strong technical communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor of Science in EE, ME, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EDS components and Teamcenter.
• CATIA Routing expertise.
