Description

Administer and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring platform health, security, and reliable operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability to ensure reliable operations.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform security configurations.
• Perform platform updates, patching, backups, and environment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft Platform Administration or Integration Platform Support.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration.
• Experience supporting production environments and incident management.
• Good understanding of Linux/Windows administration, networking, and security.
• Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and integration concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudHub Monitoring or ELK Stack.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
