Description

You will design, develop, and support enterprise integration APIs within the MuleSoft ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test enterprise integration APIs using MuleSoft API Manager.
• Manage API gateway features including security, rate limiting, routing, certificates, TLS, and mTLS.
• Support API management lifecycles using RAML and OAS specification standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using Linux, Redis, New Relic, and Postman.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve incidents via ServiceNow or similar management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT industry experience.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with APIaM Gateway (MuleSoft Flex Gateway and Anypoint platform).
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and specification standards like RAML and OAS.
• 2 years of experience with Linux, scripting, and networking.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience working with Salesforce Experience Hub API CatalogPortal.
• Hands-on experience with Redis servers and New Relic dashboards.
• Competency with Postman and incident management tools like ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub Actions.
