Description

Lead the Center for Enablement (C4E) team to establish an operating model that drives enterprise-wide adoption of reusable assets and APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the C4E team, contributing to an enablement plan for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Drive asset consumption through Anypoint Exchange and collaborate with LOB IT teams to consume enterprise APIs.
• Implement security protocols including OpenID Connect, OAuth, Basic Auth, and Mutual TLS.
• Execute architecture and design reviews for key customer implementations and define API build and deployment plans.
• Guide team members on enterprise integration patterns and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with MuleSoft and Mule API Management.
• Expertise in Mule interface implementation and complex data transformations.
• Proficiency with Anypoint Studio, Mule ESB, Mule MMC, JMS, Active MQ, Kafka, and JPA.
• Strong Core Java skills, including building with Maven, J2EE, Java Servlets, and EJBs.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), RESTful Architecture, and web services development.
• Proven ability to build software systems using SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API-led architecture and driving successful implementations through platform tools.
