Description

Lead architectural strategy and governance for API development and consumption across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish API strategies, best practices, and guidelines for cross-team integration.
• Build developer enablement content, including API assets and C4E process documentation.
• Manage Business API Discovery and Self-Serve Asset Consumption processes.
• Create feedback loops to continuously improve API assets and platform processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft ESB, CloudHub, and API Management.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE programming and development.
• Deep understanding of Mule ESB architecture, server administration, and deployment models (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid).
• Expertise in designing MuleSoft APIs using RAML and documenting architecture specifications.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with MuleSoft connectors including Web Services, File, Database, Salesforce, JMS, and AWS.
• Ability to orchestrate complex use cases with integrated error handling and logging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API Marketplace and Developer Portal governance.
• Expertise in API versioning and deprecation strategies.
