• Leading the full software development lifecycle of API-led connectivity solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security standards are met across all enterprise integrations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including enterprise architects and business analysts, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and efficient system designs.
• Designing and documenting RESTful APIs using RAML or OAS, ensuring proper versioning and adherence to API-led architectural best practices for global integration projects.
• Mentoring junior team members and performing rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality, consistency, and adherence to established organizational coding standards and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments, providing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures to minimize system downtime and enhance overall reliability.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this senior position, we are looking for a highly skilled professional who meets the following criteria:

• Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development with at least 5 years specifically focused on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform integration projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in DataWeave 2.0, API Management, Mule Runtime, and cloud deployment architectures, including a strong understanding of HTTP, JMS, SOAP, and REST web services.
• Certifications: Possession of a current MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification is highly preferred to demonstrate technical competence and architectural knowledge.

Ideal candidates should have relevant certifications, proven implementation experience, and the ability to deliver independently.

Hands-on expertise in package development and deployment is essential

• Development Skills: Proficiency in Java programming, CI/CD pipelines, Maven, and version control tools like Git, alongside significant experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business partners in a fast-paced environment
