Description

Build and maintain MuleSoft integration flows triggered from Salesforce and internal platform APIs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop new MuleSoft integration flows triggered from Salesforce.
• Build integrations interacting with internal platform APIs for onboarding and offboarding.
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, and exception flows.
• Design and configure logging and alerting for integration observability.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production deployments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience on Anypoint Platform.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML payload structures.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations including Platform Events, REST, and outbound messaging.
• Proficiency in designing reliable integration logic with retries and error handling.
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize Mule applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
• Familiarity with API-led architecture (System, Process, Experience layers).
• Knowledge of OAuth, TLS, and integration security patterns.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience in workflow automation or onboarding/offboarding processes.
