Description

You will design and implement scalable API layers and integration services to support enterprise data access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Architecture to design, build, unit test, and maintain services for all integration components.
• Define and enforce standards for API design, development, and deployment protocols.
• Implement strict release management protocols leveraging DevOps best practices.
• Provide technical estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned integration tasks.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to design patterns and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and enterprise application integration (EAI).
• 5+ years of experience building API and service layers.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, WebAPI, RESTful Web Services, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Tibco, Kafka, or ActiveMQ.
• Experience designing ESB/SOA/BPM middleware layers using MuleSoft, ServiceMix, webMethods, or J2EE/.NET concepts.
• Strong proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, SOAP/REST, and web services.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles and multiple design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of infrastructure components including proxy setup, networking, and cloud deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in financial services.
• Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with repositories including TFS, SVN, or GitHub.
