Description

You will design and implement MuleSoft-based integration solutions for enterprise applications within the insurance and financial services domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build event-driven integrations using Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
• Integrate core systems with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) or similar insurance platforms.
• Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and message queues to ensure system interoperability.
• Implement best practices for API management, security, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and development.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, RAML, and DataWeave.
• Experience with Kafka (Confluent or Apache Kafka) for event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and asynchronous messaging.
• Proficiency in AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of financial services or insurance domain and compliance standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
