Description

Lead technical integration work using MuleSoft to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft applications while establishing technical best practices.
• Collaborate with Architects and SMEs to implement complex integration solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and handle customer escalations.
• Perform performance tuning and prepare technical documentation for all MuleSoft applications.
• Participate in Sprint ceremonies and proactively manage technical risk areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development.
• 2+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, API Management, and CloudHub.
• Expertise in SOA, REST, web services, and integration patterns.
• Experience with both on-premises and CloudHub projects.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using connectors and SOAP/REST APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD automation using Jenkins or GitHub Actions and branching model design.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design (OOD) and design patterns.
• Experience operating within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features.
• Knowledge of UI automation tools such as Selenium, SauceLabs, or AccelQ.
• Healthcare or Call Center domain knowledge.
