Description

You will design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft applications to meet business and technical requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MuleSoft solutions in collaboration with Architects and Subject Matter Experts.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while handling customer escalations.
• Perform performance tuning and prepare technical documentation for all applications.
• Establish and enforce technical best practices and manage risk areas proactively.
• Mentor technical and non-technical resources and contribute to the practice knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in MuleSoft development.
• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, API Management, and CloudHub.
• Strong experience with SOA, REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors and various integration patterns.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design and utilizing design patterns.
• Knowledge of setting up CI/CD automation using Jenkins or GitHub Actions and branching model design.
• Experience operating in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Healthcare or Call Center environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Service Cloud features.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Selenium, SauceLabs, or AccelQ.
