Description

You will build and maintain integrations using the MuleSoft ecosystem, owning customer issues from initial troubleshooting through to full resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, adaptive, and perfective maintenance for production support.
• Monitor API and Mule app health using existing dashboards and reporting tools.
• Ensure all applications, services, and batch jobs maintain availability during SLA hours.
• Provide recommendations for managing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform capacity and licensing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.
• Deep expertise in Mule ESB and Mule API Management.
• Proven experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x).
• Proficiency with RAML specifications.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture, including API-Led, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience implementing integration patterns such as Sync/Async, Batch, and Pub-Sub.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Git and Maven.
• Experience with MUnit for testing.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD - Mule 4).
