You will provide specialized support for integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services (AIS) environments.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs, SSO, and LDAP protocols.
• Monitor system health and analyze incidents using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Develop automation scripts using Python for support tasks.
• Support integrations within Retail Ecommerce environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft.
• Proficiency with Azure Integration Services (AIS).
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, and LDAP.
• Experience integrating with platforms like Salesforce.
• Proficiency using Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience in Retail Ecommerce integration.
