Description

You will lead the technical direction and delivery of integration architecture and global solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft artifacts following enterprise design standards.
• Guide offshore integration development teams through detailed design and implementation within project scopes.
• Create integration architecture artifacts aligned with the C4E model and define future state integration roadmaps.
• Develop repeatable integration patterns and standardize automation, logging, and monitoring systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure alignment with the integration roadmap.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in MuleSoft development.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering MuleSoft artifacts.
• Strong knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event Driven Architecture (EDA), and microservices.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices, including GitLab and Jenkins.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong engineering design skills and ability to decompose complex problems.
• Tertiary qualification in IT or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web Methods, Kafka, or SAP Integration Suite.
• Interest in open-source technologies and contributing to a C4E.
