Description

You will manage and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring stability, security, and efficient lifecycle management of its components and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain environments, business groups, and asset inventories within the platform.
• Configure and manage role-based access, team definitions, and MFA settings.
• Execute patching, upgrades, and major or minor releases for Anypoint Platform components.
• Monitor platform health via dashboards, logs, and API policies, providing root cause analysis for incidents.
• Develop APIs and scripts to automate administrative tasks and configure VPC/DLB settings with network teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in platform administration.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components and services.
• Proficiency with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience managing MuleSoft application configurations and property files.
• Ability to perform installation, setup, clustering, and component lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating with infrastructure, application, and customer IT teams.
• Ability to work directly with MuleSoft customer support on defects and issues.
