Description

You will administer and maintain the core MuleSoft platform infrastructure across AWS and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up OpenShift environments on AWS and Azure, configuring Flex Gateway via platform CI/CD.
• Manage the Flex Gateway lifecycle, including patching, upgrades, and renewing approximately 200 APIM certificates.
• Execute regular backup and restore operations while monitoring platform capacity to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, manage incident response, and document recurring processes for the support team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in platform administration or SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes tooling.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Familiarity with Tekton and ArgoCD.
• Experience managing network configurations and firewall change requests.
