Description

You will manage and maintain MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) instances and their associated cloud infrastructure in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure cloud accounts and administer Kubernetes clusters including AKS, EKS, and GKE.
• Execute platform maintenance, updates, upgrades, patching, and hotfixes for MuleSoft RTF.
• Perform cloud Kubernetes upgrades aligned with RTF platform updates.
• Handle incident remediation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service requests.
• Implement configuration changes, certificate renewals, and release deployments while supporting central CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in platform administration.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience managing MuleSoft RTF instances.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE).
• Experience with cloud account management across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of change management and incident remediation processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive platform enhancements.
