Description

Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure MuleSoft APIs for payment processing and integration ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full API lifecycle management including design, development, deployment, security, and maintenance.
• Implement API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS) and ensure compliance with financial data regulations.
• Optimize MuleSoft performance, vCore utilization, and ensure high availability with clustering and load balancing.
• Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka and integrate with NoSQL databases for real-time processing.
• Drive DevSecOps practices and mentor team members for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in API development, integration, and MuleSoft engineering.
• Strong expertise in MuleSoft architecture, API security (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS), and hybrid deployments (CloudHub & On-Prem).
• Proven experience in designing scalable, high-availability payment APIs.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Proficiency with performance optimization and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with NoSQL databases for real-time processing.
