Lead MuleSoft integration architecture and delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring scalable API design and robust platform governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MuleSoft team and act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Architect and guide solution design for complex integrations using MuleSoft 4.6+ and Anypoint Platform.
• Conduct code quality reviews, implementation checkpoints, and ensure adherence to customer coding guidelines.
• Facilitate architecture board discussions and articulate integration points, methods, and volumes.
• Manage onshore-offshore delivery models with outcome-based execution and regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of integration experience, including 5+ years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft 4.6+, API Gateway, and API-led connectivity.
• Hands-on proficiency with Java 8 and 17 for custom components and enhancements.
• Experience integrating Salesforce via MuleSoft, including Salesforce connectors, APIs, and Bulk API.
• Proficiency with DB, FTP/SFTP, and MQ connectors.
• Knowledge of on-prem RTF, Cloud Hub 2.0, REST/SOAP APIs, and effective error handling/monitoring.
• Strong leadership skills for guiding developers and managing solution design tasks.
