Lead MuleSoft integration initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring technical excellence and timely stakeholder communication.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and offshore teams to align on business and technical requirements.
• Design and oversee MuleSoft-based integration solutions, ensuring adherence to API-led connectivity best practices.
• Coordinate with distributed development and testing teams to drive end-to-end delivery and program outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide regular status updates to manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft development and integration using the Anypoint Platform.
• Strong expertise in API-led connectivity and solution design.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform detailed requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working with distributed (onsite-offshore) teams and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Mandatory MuleSoft Certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality and best practices.
