Description

You will drive consumer-facing innovations for the Client Pickup business by turning complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer experience, marketing, merchandising, and site data to deepen business understanding.
• Design and monitor performance reporting for digital customer experience projects across site and app platforms.
• Write SQL queries and perform ad-hoc analysis to address immediate business data needs.
• Develop and automate dashboards and reporting structures while maintaining data integrity.
• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations and execution paths for executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a quantitative or analytical role within consulting, marketing, or consumer analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large multidimensional datasets.
• Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background in Marketing Analytics or Strategic Planning.
• Ability to frame complex business questions and scope your own work.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders through data storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Science, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OmniTube.
