You will support the External Communications team by designing brand-aligned assets, managing digital content, and producing multimedia for agency events.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual assets for social media and digital platforms using the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and manage a proactive social media content calendar and distribute external digital communications.
• Perform regular website updates and content entry via Drupal, ensuring accessibility and accuracy standards.
• Provide on-site photography and videography for agency events, including basic editing and optimization.
• Apply core design principles (typography, layout, color theory) to ensure a consistent professional image.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience in digital photography and videography, including shooting and basic post-production editing.
• Experience performing website content updates through a Content Management System (CMS).
• Experience developing or maintaining a professional content calendar for social media platforms.
• Applied knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout as evidenced in a professional portfolio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and creating accessible PDFs or web content.
• Previous experience specifically using Drupal for website management.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for creating animated social media content.
