You provide first-level support for Murex users across Front, Middle, and Back Office areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Attend to Murex user support requests, configuring simulation views and reports including dynamic tables, notepad, and trade queries.
• Assist users with position, PnL, and sensitivity reporting, providing clear explanations for calculations.
• Analyze and resolve incidents across various business areas including FO, MO, and Risks.
• Manage the registration and monitoring of static and market data with different bank areas.
• Gather user needs to improve tool management and promote best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Murex projects or support.
• Knowledge of Murex static data, market data, and GOM configurations (permissions, settings, FO desk).
• Experience with Murex simulations including viewer/layouts, PLVA, topography, and risk matrices.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets with a background in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Expertise in investment and asset management fundamentals, including product characteristics and valuation.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (Admon, IT, FO, BO, Risks, Management Control).
• Analytical skills to evaluate product parametrization and pricing for PnL and sensitivity calculations (delta, vega).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Bank's Systems architecture (contracting, Risk, management control, Back Office).
