Description

You will design and implement technical architectures for EHR interface analysis, application modification, and various client projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical architectures and participate in the full systems development lifecycle.
• Write code using MVC architecture, .NET, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs, and WCF.
• Create and modify Oracle tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, and views, including writing stored procedures and packages.
• Mentor programmers on debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications.
• Manage source code using TFS/GitLab and diagnose production issues reported via ITSM.
• Handle data manipulation involving Protected Health Information (PHI) and HL7 transformation.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience as a lead technical architect performing systems architecture, engineering, and security procedures.
• 84 months of experience developing complex n-tier web applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC, and C#.
• 84 months of experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, and scripts.
• 84 months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and developing secure .NET web services using WCF and REST (Web API).
• 84 months of experience creating formal technical architecture documentation and translating business requirements into application logic.
• 36 months of experience developing applications following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 24 months of experience developing and maintaining applications using .NET Core.
• 24 months of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 24 months of experience coding and maintaining applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Experience using Crystal Reports to diagnose and troubleshoot rules, calculations, and data issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus and message processing.
