Description

You will design, build, and maintain software applications within a z/OS 1.13 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain online and batch functions using OS/VS Cobol and Report Writer.
• Design and implement software applications with SoftwareAG Natural/ADAbas and JCL.
• Manage and migrate the Adabas database.
• Analyze existing code to review functionality and provide technical feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to implement software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software application development and maintenance.
• Proficiency with SoftwareAG Natural/ADAbas.
• Experience with OS/VS Cobol and Report Writer.
• Working knowledge of JCL in a z/OS 1.13 environment.
• Hands-on experience with TSO, Panvalet, COMPLETE, and FileAid.
• Ability to perform database migrations for Adabas.
• Strong analytical skills for code review and functional feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
